"Final product (new windows) are good enough. Service delivery was frustrating and awful. We should have gone with Polar Seal. Among our frustrations: - 1.5 hour sales pitch that had to take place over two appointments. -We had to schedule four appointments for the installation of 8 windows over the course of 4 months. For half of those appointments, no one showed up, no one called us until we got in touch. So this is not the contractor for you if you value your time. - Manufacturing problems and internal miscommunication issues aside, when I got in touch to ask for a discount to reflect our poor experience, I was told I'd get a phone call to discuss this. Their response was just to send the invoice, which was a bit insulting after everything we'd dealt with. The staff are perfectly courteous on the phone and in person and the windows are good quality. But overall, we can in no way recommend Top Home to anyone, ever, and we are relieved this experience is finally over (6 months after signing the contract)."
