  • "My Mom and I had a roofing issue recently. John Nuthers of Top Hat was very helpful indeed. John came over to inspect the roof the very next day after I called him. He provided a comprehensive report with pictures and options for repair and/or replacement. His quote for a new roof was reasonably priced. I was relieved. John was not pushy and came back twice to reassess after yet another wind storm. He was friendly, efficient and professional. John sent me an informative article on roofing and didn’t make me feel guilty or embarrassed about my indecision.   • "$118.65 charge for coming over and clicking a button on a unit we paid $687.04 for with them only a few months prior. We just didnt know the pilot light could go out on this new unit. We explained the situation and asked for lenience on the charge given they were here for under 5 min. They said they 'understood' we were called by the service manager (we weren't) and demanded immediate payment (bolded and underlined). Never again."
