"After making a service request and having received confirmation for an emergency repair, we waited for the contractor on the site and he never showed up, even worse 24 hours from the request, he did not even remember not have spoken to me. After another call, same problem!!! 2 times in a row even with confirmations. Update: I received a call and I accepted the apologies of the contractor who immediately called me following the Google notice, under the pretext of an overflow of calls which would have unfortunately led to a bad notes for my service request. Seems to be an isolated case, so I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt."

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
