"The GAF Garantee is worthless. They tell you to pay for someone to get up your roof and send them the shingles(which is costly!) and the will send you the shingles to pay for another one to install the defective shingles. After 9 years only! , but it's up to GAF to see if it is or not a defect in your product. GAF can't garanty a product and then tell us to diagnose or to do your work. We are not professionals to go up the roof and detach the pieces. That is not professional from your part. Still waiting for a suggestion Thank you"
