"I had all my exterior cladding done, roof correction and garage ceiling: a fairly $$$ mandate. Great work in general, but the after-sales service and the submission process (2em) spoil everything. After several attempts, it took 7 months to come and correct their face, now it's been 9 months since a silicone seal of about 4 feet was missing under and on the side of a window and a hatch. I'm told it'll wait until they're "around", by the end of the season. (I am 25 min from downtown). First submission went well, the 2nd with the other representative (JM) = bad experience: he spent months telling me that he was sending me the new submission and a team to repair the facia, it took someone else gets involved. It’s borderline arrogant after giving out those contracts. In short, I do not recommend."
"I used this company for various services. I took time off work to be present for the evaluation for submission. I was told that I would have the quote within 2-3 days, but I never received anything. I followed up with the company and the secretary apologized for the situation only to follow up with the person responsible for the submission. He called me back to tell me again that I would receive the quote, but I did not receive anything. In short I went with another company because of the lack of professionalism."

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
