"I had major work to do and not just the roof. Following my call, one of the owners came and went up on the roof and in the attic to properly assess the existing problems (ventilation etc.) and all the work to be done. I absolutely wanted to retain the services of a GAF Master ELITE certified contractor in order to have the GAF Golden Pledge warranty with Timberline HDZ shingles, Weather Watch waterproofing membrane, Felt Buster underlayment, Pro- Start, Cobra SnowCountry roof ventilators, Seal-a-Ridge roof ridge shingles, all GAF products required for warranty. Impeccable, clean and meticulous work, especially since the two owners are working on the construction site to carry out the “turnkey” type project with their employees. It was a major project: Remove old shingles, valleys, flashings and all of the existing plywood (house, garage, 3 skylights and rear attic), remove all the fascia, soffit, vinyl covering, insulation of the front curving of the roof and gutters . Redo everything: urethane insulation, all new plywood, better quality vinyl, valleys, flashings, new aluminum fascia and soffit as well as new gutters with integrated leaf guards. "We recently had the shingle roofing of our residence redone, as well as the Fascias, Flashings, Soffits and Gutters. We are delighted with the work carried out by TOITURE DELTA, as well as the Communications with one of the Co-Owners, Mr. Gabriel Lauzé. Mr. Lauzé met with us several times for the preparation of the Bid and we were able to exchange views throughout this stage, as well as throughout the Work, to issue our comments. The Co-Owners were present on the site throughout the Works, listening to our comments and proactive in carrying out the various details, which provide meticulous work and the satisfaction of the Client, an Architect in this case ! We recommend without hesitation this company, TOITURE DELTA, which in addition to the roofing, carries out the exterior coverings themselves. (Such as for our house, the Soffits, Cornices and the Ceiling of the Front Covered Gallery, made with Planks of Maibec 1X6 Wood Contemporary Brushed Model with non-visible fixings, pre-dyed at the Factory, in a personalized color matched to the color of the existing Wall Paneling of the House.)
