"These guys are the real deal. Had hail damage on our hip roof a while back. They inspected the roof, knew exactly how to handle working with the insurance agency, and the whole process was easy and seamless. I had a ton of questions and Toby and Eric could not have been more responsive on cell phones and email. They had multiple managers on-site the day of the new roof install. They took great care to cover anything and everything that could possibly be affected by debris and the work being done. Top quality materials. All this, and they also wound up doing all 16 houses on our street. For some, the insurance was more of a battle, but TJR stayed the course with every single one and ultimately got insurance to work with each homeowner. Plus they are all very nice people and was made pretty clear to me they want to do right by the customer. I had some follow-up questions 6 months later and Toby followed-up with me to make sure the shingle rep had reached out to me. Our experience was stellar. I would highly recommend!"

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
