"We contacted this company for some home improvement work - after having a rep come out - they never kept their word on when they would return to start the work. My husband initially spoke with them, and then I spoke with the gentleman by phone (again) to set up a time to meet at our house - he told me he would stop on his way home from a game - never heard from him again and that was last year. :/ this is very unprofessional and not the way to do business. Very disappointing."
