About Us
If its a repair or a full replacement, I go above and beyond what is typicalls required, to assure that your roof performs in any extreme weather conditions and last. I use fir plywood not OSB if decking is requirred. I use stainless steel nails in the lower part of every roof. Sometimes its' necessary to remove/replace siding so that I can install GAF Leak barrier behind new step flashing at all walls and dormers as required by the manufacturer. I specialice in making sure your home is propertly ventilated to reduce trapped heat and excess mosture. And to protect your new roof, I will register a System Plus enhanced warranty that protectss your home against manufacturing defects for 50 years. These warranties are also fully transferable for 20 years after installation, in case you every sell your home. That's added property value. THANK YOU. I look forward to working with you.
