Thank you, Powell Company, for making my basement refinishing job exactly what I was hoping for. 5 stars for workmanship and professionalism. I am a repeat customer of this company and have not yet been disappointed. Powell has replaced my roof, installed new gutters, fixed a serious issue with the basement sump pump and resolved a standing water and drainage problem in my yard that was causing major problems for me.     "Concrete broken and cracked allowing water into a below ground garage. They wanted 1600.00 to repair the concrete. Instead, they placed a bead of of calk and called it fixed. They already had 800.00 as a down payment. No one ever came to check on our complaint; they kept the down payment and we never heard back. That is the company we dealt with."
