"Telge roofing representative Alfred reached out to us about potential hail damage and asked if we wanted a roof inspection. Next day he came and inspected the roof. Shaina and Alfred walked us through the process of filling a claim and explained the difference in roofing materials. We agreed that we take Telge as our roofing company. Once the claim was approved, we scheduled a day for a replacement, based on weather. They arrived on time as scheduled, and began to work immediately. Very professional crew and great service from Alfred and Shaina. Good communication and responsiveness. We recommend Telge roofing for friends and neighbors for the roofing needs."

They both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of- meeting my insurance adjuster, contacting a public adjuster, and helping navigate the whole process. They both listened, were responsive, and considerate of our situation. They made the process painless, and I am very grateful. They were both extremely knowledgeable, and I am very happy with my new roof. Not to mention that it was completely installed in one day. So happy!"
