    "The installation was great, but Mike refuses to provide any documentation for warranty work which is affecting the closing on the sale of our house. Both realtors have been contacting him, daily to no avail. Totally unprofessional! Do not use if you want service after the job is done!"

    "I would not recommend this company. When the installed the roof, there was absolutely no communication with me or my wife the whole day even though we were in the house. The foreman didn't apologize but just said he thought we weren't home - even though we had come and gone during the day. They broke a sprinkler head and it took three weeks for them to finally come out and I had to fix it while they watched me. They did not even put shingles on some of the ridge caps and blamed it on the wind, even though there were no shingles in the yard. And finally, they did not reconnect the bathroom vent tubes to the vent in the roof but won't return a call to even acknowledge that there is an issue caused by Teal. All these were the fault of the company - and the owner Mike will not even return my calls anymore. They were a good company before CJ was let go. Now, not so good."

    "Claims to have insurance but doesn’t. Promises a $500 referral which they never pay. Pretty much worst roofing company in the state. Never sign anything with this crook."
