    "In the first instance, T&S Roofing works in a rather informative and professional way which is highly appreciable. Their prices are extremely competitive. I was very happy with their estimates and final cost agreements. They have an excellent crew of the job managers to explain what is what and tell you how the job's going to be done. That honesty with some unknowns or still to be figured out probables mentioned at the outset, is very important and manages to establish trust between a customer and the company. Also good for a completely new elderly client like me to know, especially since I have no clue to what is to be done. Then they have a young lady for Client Report Submission who is constantly sending updates with necessary photos and documentation to ensure your comfort and provide every piece of new information. Wonderful Customer Service feature!! The timing of a job can be a great variable - with their own time constraints from other commitments, but the final delivery is complete and excellent. JUST AS PROMISED. It is a very recommendable company to hire for your Roof Installation [they did for me] - a job that was carried out to great satisfaction. I would add that whilst other companies will fail to attend to post job requests, T&S Roofing is really caring and considerate even when the job is done and you request further assistance. I ended up having to replace a lot of wood on my roof and they were very reasonable with that pricing - even though they had me over the barrel at that point. They also understand the products they are selling well. Danny went the extra mile for me. Again, this is qualified by the incident I describe above, but I would not throw the baby out with the bathwater. I was under the impression that the gentleman involved in the incident may have been related to the owner...."
