"Initial experience was great, but several years later and now it seems like this company is refusing to honor the terms of our 10 year warranty. The slope on the roof of our commercial property was not installed evenly so the drainage system is not working correctly. It's caused heavy puddles from this year's storms to form in several places. There has been many, many attempts over the last several months to get someone from Superior Roofing to come out and help with this. It is now an urgent matter because the weight of the water is causing the ceiling to sag and it would be extremely dangerous if the ceiling collapsed. We've made sure that the company is aware of the urgency and have even tried to escalate this issue to the boss, but to no avail. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. EDIT: Thanks for the reply, but you didn't give me a contact number."
