"I had 3 roofers come out to give an estimate. The first one came out and did not get on roof to assess roof condition. I mentioned I had water leakage and asked if he would like to look at the attic space. He hesitated but agreed. His opinion, after looking at roof from the inside, was that steam from the shower below was the problem. I mentioned that shower has not been used in over a year but he insisted that was the problem. 2nd roofing company delayed their appointment twice. I called the company to cancel the appointment as it was already night time before they showed up. They confirmed cancellation, but guy showed up an hour and a half later. Told him I had already cancelled. We made a 2nd appointment. A day before, I had made an appointment with Kristopher of Superior Home Renovations. When Kris came out, he immediately took out his ladder, went up on the roof walked around, took pictures, asked if he can view the leaking from the inside and told me it was time for a roof replacement, which I agreed, since this was the original roof when we built our home back in 2002. Kris told me he would get back to me with an estimate, which he did. A complete estimate, with pictures and measurements of our home and roof. After I decided to go with Superior Home, I called the 2nd roofer to cancel the appointment. They confirmed cancellation and guess what, the guy showed up the following morning. I told him I had already signed a contract with Superior Home Renovations and told him his office confirmed cancellation when I called the day before. He never got the message. I am happy with the professionalism and timeliness provided by Kris and his team. Kris told me his crew would be out between 7:30 and 8:00 and his crew was here at 7:15. They began work at around 7:30 and they were done with a complete tear off and roof replacement by 2pm. I would highly recommend Superior Home Renovations for your roof or siding projects. This company has completed several homes in our subdivision and at least one neighbor that I know of, is also a satisfied customer."
