"They have had a change in leadership recently that has definitely had an impact on their work and service compared to some previous reviews. Here are the things that happened during my project: - After signing the contract, I didn’t hear anything from them for months until I reached out to them. - I was told we would do a walkthrough beforehand with everyone working on it which never happened. - I was told some unneeded utility boxes on the side of my building would be removed which they were not. - I was told the siding would be the same product as on my house which it was not. - The workers lost my light fixture mounts, so I needed to buy new lights. - I got billed for multiple things that they didn’t actually do which I had to notify them about for the charges to be removed. I reached out to management regarding these issues, and they refused to acknowledge that they even did anything wrong. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with any company."

Doug hits the mark on this. He came out to my business when I was in a pinch with a leaking roof and repaired it quick. He gave it to me straight and wasn’t trying to get me to add on services that were unnecessary. No unexpected costs and got accurate quotes while he was on location. A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
