"Update: they did come later that night and fixed it. Be certain to get contacts with your contract. With the run around we got trying to get our roof fixed I had major anxiety. We purchased our panels outright and were told we have a 30 year warranty. If anything happens to our roof they would send a team right out. We have been waiting over a week and today they were supposed to be here between 10-12 AM . Around 12:15 I called and was informed they were scheduled for the afternoon and she would call me back as soon as the roofer got back to her to give me an update. I called back at 3:15 and she said she got busy but he was still coming today. Around 3:30 he called and asked if he could come tomorrow. After I told him how frustrated I was after waiting all day he said he will call me back and let me know when he is coming. I am so frustrated with this company. Our sales rep is like what do you want me to do? 😡 Find a more reputable company and check out their customer service. Sorry for the rant! Just frustrated."
"My site surveyor was Davell Walls. He communicated well prior to my appointment. He was professional within my home. The things he had to do were completed within the time frame he had estimated with me on the phone. At the end he made sure i understood the next steps that would occur."
