    "Salesman told us to finance the panels, it would cost $101 pr. mo. and we would need to pay the electric company $30 pr. mo. This is what we agreed to. Our electric bill is way more than the $30 We used to keep our thermostat at 76 now we have it at 81 to compensate. And we're using less electric, and we still have a high electric bill. Also, 3 sides of our roof get sun, no trees. On side has a lot of trees, lots of shade. So they decided to put the panels on the shady side of the roof. We had to pay someone to take down very large healthy trees. At our expense! We have talked to them several times and they refuse to help. We were told that it's higher because of the hotter weather. The thermostat is at 81!! And a friend says that her electric bill has not gone up. We tried to get it resolved, but they refuse to do anything and say that the situation is resolved. NO, it isn't! We are elderly, and we only want what we we quoted. $101 + $30. Or, take them down, repair our roof, and release us from the loan. And if they say it's resolved, don't believe them! Oh, and the $7500 from the government, they don't tell you that not everyone qualifies. And if you don't give them that money, your payment goes up."

    "I have had my unit since 2017. I have had several instances where my call for a service appointment was ignored. Most recently, I called on 9/1/23, was told I would be contacted in 2 business days... never heard back, so called again today, 9/11/23. They claim no record of my previous call. It is not unusual for me to be given a service appointment several weeks, if not months, in the future. In the few years I've had the unit, it has required service many times. However, when a tech finally does arrive they do good work. I am sorry I went with this company."
