"SUNTEC SOLAR & Roofing and services are Fantastic providers. They just took off my old panels, stripped off my old roofing, removed all shringles, worn plywood, and replaced it with new pieces along with removing all roof cap and vent pipes before re shingling. They rolled out a type of sticky rolls that goes under the shingles, then they shingled the the roof. Once the roof was finished really in 1day and a half. Another crew came back a reinstalled the old Solar Panels along with 17 more New panels creating a Total of 35 Solar Panels. In crew the workers and Electrician reinstalling all wiring and electrical units needed to operate the system. I witnessed the operation and found to be working constantly until is was finished. They turned on the system and began to boot up the panels and never left until it was completed. It took about 4 to 4.5 Hrs and it was in operation and functioning property waiting the Final inspection. The day of the Final Inspection a gentleman named Robert arrive early that morning dress with the SunTec Solar uniform, introduce himself to me and my wife. He began to inspect the panels seemed in detail. WOW! He open the electrical areas 1st prior to the arrival of the Lee County Inspector. Then he inspected the mounting of the panels, noticing the scratches on 6 panels when he was on the roof, He wrote it on a note pad I think, then he proceeded to the other panels in a different location on the roof. He looked under all the panels insuring there are no hanging wires laying on the roof. He found some and immediately went to work attaching them with wire ties back to the panel mounting brackets. He didn’t need any help. Was was very impressed with his diligence on perfection. He explained that if the wires continue to lay on the roofing eventually could rub the the cable down to the wires and cause problems that could would reuse a future electrician. Robert was so informative that No one in Solar Tech the came to work do not really have anything to say unless I asked. Robert was Up Front with the information leaving no stone unturned. AMAZING! We had in common stuttering which I did all my life growing up. The is what kept me out of the marine Corps in the 70s. They use to call me Misfire when I stammer or Rapid Fire when I got angry stuttering. He is an amazing Employee I Totally have respect for. He was Courteous, Mindfull of his abilities he came to do, Profession, patient with my family, assertive, Respectful, an overall Good man. Iwouldwork with him any day because I do not really like anyone. When the. Linty inspector arrived they seemed to know one another. The inspect seem to like him as well. Both were shooting the breeze together while i witnessed the inspection. The inspector didn’ t really inspect too much because he knew that he(Robert) had a handle on it as every inspection the inspector went on that Robert handled. The inspector departed and Robert closed up all what he had opened for the inspector. Filled out his paperwork asked if there was anymore questions , gave me his Card and depart to the next customer. What aSerious guy, Full of heartfelt Love. He should be recognized so I am rendering this survey toRobert and the SUNTECH Family for a Job done well and a Well done Job it Truly Done Right.
