"Currently doing work at my apartment complex. They have completely blocked off the parking in front of two of the buildings, which is main parking for most Tennant's. This has been happening for a full week now. They were gone all weekend and didn't have the decency to remove the caution tape so we could not park in the spots still. There are constantly nails and trash lying around even after they "clean up" for the day. I witnessed a downpour of old shingles fall Infront of and slightly on a Tennant who was on their front steps with no warning from people above or below. They have finished the roof of one building yet still have the dumpster and caution tape in front preventing parking there. Tenants are parking in each other's spots constantly now just to have a place to park. The progress of this company has been with complete disregard of the people who live here.
