    "I had a leak in my garage that tearing down some sheetrock appeared to be from a dead area of the roof at the second floor. Our home was built in 2002 and the roof is original, so I was fully expecting to buy a new roof. Based on excellent reviews, I called Jeff at Strickland Brothers Roofing. Jeff came out to inspect and I asked for an estimate to replace the entire roof. After inspection, he said the roof was still in good shape and I may need a repair, but certainly not a new roof. OK, think about that for a minute. I am prepared to buy a new roof, and a guy who sells roofing tells me I don't need a new roof. He gave me the estimate I asked for, but still had a crew go up and, over a couple of visits, look for and repair the damaged area. They found and repaired old caulk, nail through a shingle with no backing (where the water was running down), and the several shingles it took to get to it. It had held for years but water finally made intrusion. It took a couple of trips because the nail was hard to find, and they were fitting me in between jobs. It was great for me since it wasn't an emergency as we haven't had much rain. After the first visit to inspect, Jeff actually worked with the crew on the 2 times they came out to do a closer inspection and the repair. Over an inch of rain this past Saturday. Garage is dry. Just got the invoice today and am a happy camper. I told Jeff that when the time comes for a replacement roof, they have my business. And I recommend you give them yours as well."

    "They were very professional. They replaced 12 sheetz of plywood and reshingled the entire roof and got the job done in like 5.5 to 6 hrs which I thought was amazing. The new roof looks beautiful. I highly recommend Strickland Brothers if you need anything done to roof."

    "I noticed a water mark in a 2nd floor closet. Since there was nothing above that ceiling but the roof I got very concerned! Strickland Brothers quickly assessed I had a ridge vent on both the house and garage roofs that had lifted. They ran some screws to tighten it back down and some caulk to seal it up and I am now good to go. But I learn my lesson that maintenance matters!"
