"We had such a great experience with Sergio and Stratus Roofing. My roof was over 25 yrs old and after almost 2 yrs of trying to get our insurance to cover the damages we had no choice but to pay out of pocket. Not only did Sergio give us the best price, he backed up every word he shared with me once we signed the contract. That is very rare when dealing with contractors. They completed my roof in less then 2 days and the roofers worked 7am-7pm both days to complete this job. They worked rain or shine! If you need to get your roof repaired or replace there is no one else I would recommend but Stratus and Sergio. "I have a no soliciting sign on my property because I am tired of roofers, solar, windshield insurance, the list goes on. Stratus Roofing chose to ignore this sign (you can clearly see it as you're walking up to the door and from the street) and leave their flier rubberband to my front door knob. Look, I understand you want to advertise. But this is COVID era where there is a shortage of materials and contractors because everyone wants to fix their homes. There is no shortage of work. I like to do my own research, compare businesses, read reviews and find out by word of mouth. I DO NOT do business with door to door sales and that is why I put up a "No Soliciting" sign, but again, this company chose to ignore it is why I have to leave this review."

They gave us a fair and honest assessment of what needed to be done, kept us updated on scheduling and arrival times of their repair crew; the workers who came out were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and made sure we knew what they were doing every step of the way. I never felt as if they were trying to sell me on a whole new roof, but they did show me potential future issues and gave me estimates on the life of my current roof. They also cleaned everything up around the perimeter before they left. Not looking forward to needing a new roof in a few years, but I definitely know which company I will use for it!!"
