"Reputable, professional contractor with excellent communication. Project Manager (Steven) went out, looked at the roof and provided a quote for the job. Clearly stated the terms and conditions and confirmed shingle color and quality. I provided the deposit and was placed on the schedule. They arrived on the scheduled date to replace the roof. Since I was not present for the repair, they provided photo documentation of the plywood that was replaced under the roof for the additional costs (which was clearly stated on the initial contract). The updated the final invoice and I sent in the payment. They are the standard for professional contractors, and I highly recommend!"
