And the crew were amazing! They worked 10-12 hour days in the heat of summer and left the place immaculate. "Had stormworks replace a flat rubber roof at the end of March. Noticed bubbling in the middle of the roof and along the outside seams in June so contacted the sales rep/project manager who responded that he’d talk to the production team. Several weeks go by and I don’t hear anything so contact them again and he says it’s a curing issue and it will go away. It was a hot summer this year, it didn’t go away. Contact them again, took another couple weeks to respond and they finally come to look at it at the end of July, 7 weeks after I first contacted them. Installer says that this shouldn’t have happened, something is obviously wrong, that it was a new product for them and and that they’d contact the manufacturer. Fast forward to September, haven’t heard from them and the original rep isn’t responding so I contact the main office and the owner calls me back tells me it’s a faulty adhesive and that a claim was put in and they’re just waiting on it to come through and there are several customers this happened to. This after it took almost 2 months just to come look at it. It’s now December and still crickets. Do not recommend."
