"I’ll start and end by saying you have no idea how close you are to insurance covering a roof replacement until you have a specialist inspect your roof. I called Bari from Storm Masters after talking to a neighbour. He set a date to inspect my roof. He identified damage on all four surfaces of the roof and encouraged me to contact my insurance company to have an adjuster meet him and review the damage. Bari came back the agreed date and met with the adjuster to identify the damage. Couldn’t have asked for more to this point. The rest was in the hands of the adjuster and the insurance company. Once the claim was approved Bari came back and sat across from us to explain the dwelling estimate provided by the adjuster. We had plenty of the normal questions. Nothing unanswered from the engineering to the landscaping. This morning the crews landed. They stripped the existing surface. Bad boards were replaced, a new ridge vent was installed and a new roof was placed. Good crew, couldn’t ask for more. If you have any damage to your roof at all call Storm Masters. I promise you have no idea how close you are to insurance covering your roof until you have someone who specialises in storm damage look at it."
