    "Stay Dry Roofing has completed three jobs for me. None were easy. Two were rentals, both 1920’s bungalows in the Seminole Heights Historic District. In addition to the normal permitting, these required review by the Architectural Review Commission and, because of their age, considerable wood repairs. This year they replaced shingles on my own house, it too older (1946), with a challenging combination of pitched and flat roof sections. I am pleased with Stay Dry, both their pricing and the quality of their work. Daniel is truthful, knowledgeable, easygoing, and his office staff (Uli) never fails to do what she promises to do."
