All three were fairly close in price, but Southern Cost Roofing was the least expensive, and I was very impressed with the person that inspected and quoted the work, Ty. From my decision through the final work being cleaned up, I was very impressed. The work team was very efficient and effective, they did a great job and they also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend."

    "Roof was put on August 2016, I have 4 leaks as of June 2021. They did the work for a bank at the time, but it is on my home. A good quality job would not result in 4 leaks in just under 5 years. The company used architectural shingles on a roof that has a slope in many places that is under 2/12 causing water to pool and now the roof will need a full replacement with a rolled roof in order to avoid more leaks. Vents were also no sealed well and the flashing job was poor"

    "This review is a bit late, but I wanted to do this because this is an outstanding company. I live in the Springfield neighborhood (Historic District) of Jacksonville, Fl. I have a steep roof which was over 100 years old. All the companies I called, said they could not give me a new roof due to the height (3- and one-half stories) and how steep it was. I called Southern Coast Roofing and "Ty" came by and said they could do the work and gave me an estimate that was very satisfying. I am a retired first responder and veteran. They did not ask for any money up front as some companies do and take weeks to get to your home to do the work. Ty gave me an estimate on a start date, but only because of a rain delay, it was a few days later than that date when they started. The crew was very professional, and they were on the job every day on time (7 am) until they finished. After the job was completed, Ty and I inspected the work and he provided me with warranty papers and advised me to call if there were any leaks. It's been a year and I have not found any leaks. My roof is the best-looking roof on my block. Thank you, Southern Coast Roofing."
