- "Southeastern Roofing Ala was basically non responsive to numerous requests to resolve installation damage repair on gutters and landscaping for over 5 weeks from install of roof on Sept 21, 2020. SE was apparently not experienced as a new out of state entry ( Atlanta) into the Birmingham market and did not have subs and management to deal with a multi level home install. Apparently more interested in sales than serving current clients. Very unsatisfactory experience. Photos and email documentation are available if interested. They may have positive recommendations on one story installs but be suspect if you are not prepared to inspect from above ground level. If you have had a positive experience with SE you are fortunate and don’t need to review my documentation. Jim"
