"After the storm at the beginning of March we reached out to 3-4 local roofing companies in Robertson County. Not one even bothered to call me back. So there I was with tarps on my roof with no end in site. While I was at lunch I saw a business card for sortos roofing…… have seen a few signs throughout the area and thought what the heck why not give Kevin Sortos a call. I reached out on a Wednesday and much to my surprise there was an actual human on the other end of the line. Kevin not only said no problem but he would actually be there the next day to write up an estimate. So after almost two months of no one even calling me back I not only got to speak to someone but had an estimate the next day. We sign the paper work the following Monday and his crew was in the driveway two days later ready to work. The crew was very professional and knocked the job out quickly. After they were finished they cleaned up so well if I hadn’t know the job was done I wouldn’t have even know they were there. In between all this I recommended Sortos Roofing to a co-worker who was experiencing the same issue I was and Kevin had her an estimate the same day! I hope the roof last for years to come and when the time comes for repair or replacement I will be using Sortos Roofing again and will recommend them to anyone who will listen."
