"It keeps reminding me the unpleasant experience with this company. The whole process took too long. They didn’t communicate with our local utilities company well and we are not able to use the installed panels for a few months before getting approval. The rep promised to talk to her boss to compensate our loss, but disappeared afterwards. The production is way below what’s designed for (~60%). Really disappointed! After the review reporting the problem, I was contacted by Solar Advantage. They first try to blame the problem to surrounding trees using a wrong address. Then after a few back and forth communications, they finally identified that the setting on the Enphase system is wrong from the beginning, resulting no export to the grid. Finally, they contacted Enphase and get it fixed after more one-year of installation. (I am really disappointed that it take them this long to fix the problem.) They first denied this is their responsibility, claiming the fault is on the Enphase. They also claimed that there is no guarantee of the performance of the system in the contract. After I pointed out their failure to respond after I reported the issue many time, they only admitted they are partially responsible for the problem. And that is where they ends. No compensation for our lost! Where is the professionalism? Anyone who choose this company should think again."
