"A portion of the roof on the back of the house was not shingled. Jesse said the inspector would not approve it because it was less then a 2% pitch. Instead a few rolls of shingle material was used. The inspector never showed up before during or after job completion. At the time of the write up I was told by Jesse the inspector would inspect at completion to ensure work was done correctly, but he never showed up. I did not question or research the roof pitch situation but relied on the professionals. Not sure that was the right thing to do. I am still upset with the look of that part of the roof. It does not match the rest of the roof."
