We provide high quality roofing installation alongside of our other services including windows, siding, roofing, decking, and gutters to the Greater Richmond Area and Central Virginia. "I had a great experience with Smallwood Renovations that involved replacing a deteriorating deck with a new set of steps. What I liked most about the whole experience was that a sales rep, Clem, scheduled a consultation at my home and brought physical samples of decking materials along with dozens of example photos of recent projects. They worked hard and always cleaned up the yard after workdays. I opted to replace the old railing on the upper deck to match the new deck for unity look, and it turned out to be perfect.
