Our story starts in 1994. We have worked hard to treat our customers' homes with the same care we'd treat ours. Since then, we have grown to the perfect size company – big enough to handle the large projects, but small enough to know our customers. Through the years we have become one of the most respected exterior home improvement companies in the Twin Cities. "Just glad it’s over. Nick is very nice, but I would never recommend SMA to anyone. We were happy with the roofing, but that is all. The siders left a mess, the guy who did the gutters unannounced left a HUGE mess. Meaning he literally put his tools away and left. And he broke one of my railings on my deck. A follow up call would have been appreciated, the only call was on final payment. The generic “28 years” and “ great reviews” I’ve read on the other negative reviews means nothing to me. I shouldn’t have to fix and repair or clean up after anyone who is paid to do work on my house."
