Edwin was extremely responsive and helped us out immediately by putting a tarp on the roof. When my insurance company underestimated the payment, Edwin fought really hard to get a more accurate assessment of what needed to be done and he advocated for a payment that was nearly twice what the insurance company was originally going to pay.
