"I reached out to CCP because of a recommendation from my realtor. They did good work for the most part and got my roof replaced very quickly. However, They were supposed to come back and address two issues (they reinstalled a satellite dish they were supposed to leave off, and there was a spot with lifted shingles). I have reached out to them at least 7 times and have never received a follow-up call setting an appointment even though I've spoken to someone 4 times and left messages. They had my number wrong in the system somehow for the first two calls, and the company has changed names (and possibly personnel) but no excuse for the rest. It's been since Nov 2021 now and I don't really expect a call back at this point. Good luck if you go with them. Edit: As a result of this review, I think, I got a pretty quick call back. Dane and John worked really well with me to get my issues addressed. The satellite was taken care of really quickly. After some discussion and trips out, they also were able to get my shed roof with the lifted shingle taken care of and went above and beyond with repairing some rotten boards that should have been taken care of originally. I can't justify a full 5 stars given my initial experience, but I would 100% recommend the company just because of them. I'd also like to thank Hunter, Christina and Andre for helping with the process. Thank you!"
