"After the recent tropical storms and 3 days of straight rain, our 30 year old roofing finally decided to give in, leaving us with interior water damage and a leaking kitchen ceiling. Orlando and the team at Skylight Roofing came as a recommendation from our neighbors, we immediately called them as well as several other roofing companies in the area to assess the damage and discuss the potential options. Orlando came to review our situation same-day, and out of several companies was the only one to offer and place a temporary fix on the damaged area of the roof to prevent any further leakage. Their pricing was very reasonable and Financing options readily available. 2 days after meeting with and finalizing our options/preferences, the crew was at our house performing the repairs and fully replacing our roof. They were quick, efficient, and clean. By early evening the only evidence that they had been there was the beautiful new roofing on our home. A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
