"We are so pleased with our new roof from Sierra Group Roofing & Solar. This was my first ever Homeowner’s Insurance Claim, but Jerry helped me get through it. The process was painless. Honestly, the hardest decision was what color to pick. We went with Hickory. The product is great, the representatives are awesome, and the installation crew is MIND BLOWING!!! They got to my house at 7:30 this morning and were gone before 3:00pm! They managed the mess beautifully and had everything cleaned up better than they found it (they blew some leaves away from the house to make sure there was no debris or roofing nails hiding anywhere). They also have a fully transferable warranty through GAF and there is also a rebate available for being a nurse! Also, because the ground was soft from a recent rain, their lift machine put a few ruts in the yard, and they brought dirt to fill them in. That’s customer service and customer satisfaction right there folks! I would recommend them to anyone! If you have storm damage or just need a new roof, give them a call. You won’t regret it!!!!!"
