"From the day we met David Parent, shortly after we bought our house in Edgartown on Martha’s Vineyard in September 2019, he became our “go to” guy who did just about everything we needed and desired. He got it ALL done. Hiring Shoreline helped us to rest assured that our home, property and investment was always in good hands and protected. From the beginning, David was incredibly responsive by text or phone, etc. Anything we required to have done, he researched, sourced the product and labor and oversaw every project from inception to completion. With a newly-built home, we have had very small and large projects…some taking almost a year. And then, introduce a pandemic, labor shortages and “supply and demand” complications to navigating everything from: - a custom-built bar with all essential appliances in our lower level built by a very experienced local craftsman (using hand-crafted mohagany) - custom lighting-electrical work - full gym with mirrors - built-in custom entertainment/media room (mohagany) - wine cellar and properly-fitting glass door - custom all-weather storm door - in-ground gunnite pool/spa (18x36) by experienced premium pool supplier on Cape Cod - extensive landscaping, leveling of lot and backyard, fieldstone walls and retaining walls (built to enhance local island indigenous vegetation) There’s much more more…from monitoring deliveries and protecting our personal items. David is always agreeable to advocate and step in to source anything we need. In fact, we are not sure how he manages keeping all the balls in the air. We’re not his only client and he has a full and busy life. Needless to say, we confidently endorse David and his business and his employees/subcontractors.
