  • "The service was deplorable. There was little to no communication if I wasn't initiating it. The house was left vulnerable to pests, intruders, and the elements. Chris the project manager was disrespectful and hardly took responsibility for his team. In the end construction debris was left outside on the front lawn. A few switches left without covers. The whole process took much longer than expected. I found the lack of clear concise communication to be rude. If you are reading this and are working or plan to work with ServiceMaster be sure to stay on top of them. POC be warned, definite racist undertones in interactions with this company. Also, the warranty certificate given at the end of the project was partial. If I could go back and choose a different company I wouldn't hesitate."

  • "We bought a house about 6 months ago, and didn’t really try the upstairs shower. Recently we had our new-adult son move back in with us and start using the shower...a lot. Long story short, water damage in our ceiling. SM was quick to respond to my email, processed my payment quickly, and completed the work quickly. Very little fuss or muss. I would definitely use them again. A word on cost, it came to about $3500, but they had to rip out old ceiling gyprock, put in the new stuff, manage electrical and plumbing...all done expertly and deftly. I was very impressed, and will use them again if needed. Thank you all for your work, and expertise."

  • "We hired ServiceMaster to fix water damage and a mould problem that we had in an income property that my wife and I own. Our initial contact with Service Master was great, however the work was subpar. Every step of the project required my advocacy to ensure it was completed properly. We found that ServiceMaster was hiring third party contractors and not checking on the work that was being done. Had we not advocated for the work to be done properly I’m not sure what we would have ended up with. We’ve communicated our complaints with ServiceMaster and have not received any reparation for the hassle. I tried to follow up with them a few times and have not been responded to. From our experience we don’t think that ServiceMaster has the time or desire to deal with smaller one-off clients."

The pack-out team and office staff were helpful and prompt to answer my questions. The delivery team was fast and efficient in returning my items after being stored for several months. They packed all my items carefully and handled them well, and I received all my items in excellent condition. I would fully recommend ServiceMaster and thank the team for their great work!"

I liked that your company actually seemed to care about what was going on and wanted to help us. They made themselves available quickly and communicated with us about what they were doing, how much it would cost and shared other valuable information about some things we could do ourselves. The prices were very reasonable and Zach was very personable and knowledgeable. The office staff were also very friendly and helpful."
