At Serrano we are a full service residientail and commercail contracting company serving Orange, Rockland, Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Ulster, and Sullivan counties in New York. As a second generation contrator we decided long ago we were better off hiring the best people we could find, train and pay them well, and use the best materials possible, charging a little more to do the job right, rather than deal with the problems that cutting corners causes.
