This residential contractor is a GAF Factory-Certified Contractor. GAF trains and tests thousands of the best roofers in the country and makes sure they're appropriately licensed and insured so they can offer the best warranties.

Paul’s staff and/or Paul kept me informed on the progress by email the whole way from project beginning to end, as well as the bid and contract initiation phase. Among the project conveyed statuses were: When job passed final inspection (Provided electronic Certificate of Completion from the county), when job was officially completed and safe to use my driveway, scheduling of county inspection, link to photos of completed roof from roof view, mid-project update with a link to photos of tear off and wood deterioration & repairs, when the job would start, what to expect & when, etc.. They quickly addressed any of my concerns (all of which were very minor). They promptly told me what the contractual overages were, rather than spring them on me on the day of final payment (extra lumber used and extra underlayment removed) to minimize surprises. Their bid was competitive for a reputable company that will be around to stand behind their warranty. (Yes, I got more than one bid.) I have had to deal with multiple roof repairs and replacements on different houses over the last 46 years of home ownership and this was the best experience of any of them."
