We say this with confidence because we tried a couple of apartment options in the area and let me tell u after bad experiences with those apartments that finding one of the Schauman’s Churchhill townhomes was the best thing for our family. Just can’t say enough good things about the townhome and the landlords. They were fantastic! If you are lucky enough to find an empty townhome on the spot like we did (apparently, they have long wait-lists), get it!!! Just FYI, no pets are allowed which actually left the neighborhood cleaner and definitely quieter."

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
