We have been in the building business since 1946 and we are a third generation contractor. Our philosophy is simple. Do the job RIGHT with quality installers and quality products at a FAIR price. The Schantz Difference: We Communicate promptly We show up to your home on the day & time we promised A project manager is on-site during installations You control the money. We only take a small deposit before starting. We complete ONE job a time. No starts and stops. Schantz is not a professional sales organization like many other home improvement companies. We will send an experienced estimator to your home that possesses extensive construction knowledge. We will offer you the solution that provides the best VALUE for your situation. We look at the project as an INVESTMENT of your money and want you to get the greatest return. We will offer several alternatives and let you decide what fits your particular needs.
