"I lived in the Stevens Point location. Landlord there was the nicest. The place is beautiful and quiet. The only issue I had was, why do carpets need to be cleaned before move out? It’s unnecessary. I would understand if you had pets or maybe even children, but it was just me living there. The carpet cleaning was $135 for two rooms, ONLY two rooms. The place is beautiful but over priced."
"If I could put negative ten stars I would. Horrible people to deal with. Maintenance issues were never resolved. Electric and plumbing issues with the building. I watched a little elderly man slip and fall in the parking lot due to poor snow removal. I sent in noise complaints about loud parties (this happened regularly until late in the night like 2am when we had work in the morning) nothing was ever done. Absolute slum lords. I hope every person in this company gets their due justice in court because their “legal proceedings” are completely illegal. This company works on illegal practices and assumes everyone is stupid and will not look into their rights as a renter."
