"The evaluation of my roof and the estimate process was very professional, but the rest of the sales and customer onboarding/services was unprofessional. There was a lack of email response from a person named John Mora once I asked to move forward with the project. When I did get a reply, he would say they are just busy. Seems odd that they are so busy that I can't get an email to sign the agreement for almost three months without any follow through on their part. I never got the agreement to sign after he said he would send it back in July. When I asked if they are too busy for my work, he basically said they were and good luck. I'm left wondering why they would even come out and do a project estimate if they don't want new work. We could have saved everyone time by just being up front that they couldn't accept new projects or send someone out for estimates. It was a very odd experience. The only other thing I can think of is that they do want new work, but this sales person wasn't interested in my account for some reason."

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
