I visited around 6/6/22 early in the morning... there was a line and i was impressed how fast he handled every person. Unfortunately I had a list of stuff that needed to be done but he had an amazing attitude, especially for him being the only one there during open hours with a line, multitasking!!! I give that man huge credit for taking the whole day like a man getting it done! You deserve to be acknowledge for your hard work!"

  • "ABSOLUTELY! RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! PAYTON, AND MASON ROCKED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Low price, 38$ versus usps 114$ YIKES!!! For an empty container, that weighed 5lbs huge difference!!! Came in, they took care of me, would highly recommend people coming here instead of usps. They go above and beyond here, even made sure my package was sealed correctly. You guys rock!"

  • "While the front office service is friendly there is definitely an issue when you are 'sold' expedited shipping, eg via Priorty Mail, for an upcharge and it's not fully explained it may or may not be in fact truly "expedited" (weather or acts of god excepted of course) and if it is not anywhere near the 3 day expedited you have no recourse. Receiving an excuse that UPS assumes no responsibility (even though you pay them) and it's in some fine print on a printout the customer does not receive until there is a problem is lame. Or that somehow those 500 words could be read on a signature screen is lame. They admit they have had a lot of problems so their solution was to add fine print. Better to tell the customer before they pay the upcharge. 7 days when you pay for 3 days is not priorty ship so everything is disclosed up front. This portion they get a one star."
