"Hired Roof Rite for two projects. Install existing shingles(I purchased)on new home and follow up when ready to Install new gutters and down spouts. I paid in full for both contracts over 6,000.00 dollars. After shingles were installed i was charged 1200.00 dollars more than contract. Joe (salesman and general mgr.) said his roofing guys had to wait hrs for him to bring out some missing underlayment before they could start. Box store 3 miles away, so he had to bill me extra. He also said my building framers building a small roof over front porch were in his shingle roofers way. Front proch roof 6'wide x 6' deep. None of his workers waited or were Impeded to shingle roof. I was there the whole day mowing and cleaning up lot. Watched both companys do their own thing.Now he has embezzled 1200.00 from my second contract to install Gutters and down spouts. I cancelled 2nd contract and he only want's to return 915.00 out of 3200 +. What a shyster and dishonorable company. I was also lied to on start date. I made appointment two weeks in advance, they show up 5 days later when my roofers are adding on porch.I was lied to by text or email every day when they were coming.My roofers made appointment to come on a Saturday to finish front porch not Roof Rite to shingle. I would never again hire this company for any reason. Please do not pay this company in advance any money because they will keep every dime and over charge you in the end. They said they would be nice and not charge me for a restocking fee for gutters. They don't stock anything. I cancelled gutter contract after this fiasco. They buy from ABC supply on 84th & hy 6."
