"I woke up yesterday and thought, "I need to call my insurance company to get an inspection on the roof." Later that afternoon I was playing with my nephew in front of the house when a professional and polite young man stopped and asked if I had ever considered having my roof inspected for possible replacement. It was as if Tony had read my mind and just happened to be in the right place at the right time. He climbed up on the roof right then and did an amazingly detailed inspection of the roof. Following that he called the insurance company and got the claim filed. I was so very impressed with Tony's amazing customer service and pleasant demeanor.
