"This is hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with. My HOA hired this company to redo the roofs in our community in 2019. Final inspection was completed in August of 2019. Fast forward to now, May 2023 and my roof that is not even 4 years old is leaking in multiple spots and concaving in due to improper installation that allowed water to get under the shingles, through the plywood, and into my attic. Mind you, roofs are supposed to last 20-30 years and their work didn't even last 4 years. I've emailed and called + left voicemails consistently over the course of the last month. To date, NONE of my emails have been responded to and less than 5 of my calls have been taken, and none of my voicemails have been returned. I've attempted to contact the owner Scott, as well as his wife Michelle via email and phone to no avail. They sent roofers out yesterday to "replace a few sheets of plywood" on my roof, but the roofers who came out determined that the entire roof was installed incorrectly and would need to be replaced completely. Scott, the owner told me that I was "the worst customer he's ever dealt with" along with a slew of other insults as if his roofers didn't install a roof completely incorrectly and cause hefty damage to my roof, attic, and inside of my home. The fascia and soffit along the entire back side of my home is completely water damaged, many of the beams in my attic are water damaged and mold infested, and all of the dry wall in my entire attic is water damaged as well."
