"Tyler came out and performed a roof inspection for me and found some damage from recent storms. My insurance approved a full roof replacement, and I was very impressed that Tyler was here the day my adjuster came to determine what would be done. He was instrumental in giving details to the adjuster that justified a full roof replacement. Everyone I spoke to at Roof King was informative and detail oriented to take care of me as a customer. I would give the sales and planning teams the highest rating possible. For the installation, even though my roof is a fairly large job, it was completed in one day. The workers were professional and very, very exacting in their work. They protected my flower beds from any debris and spent well over an hour with 7 guys just cleaning my property at the end of the day. You would have never known they were here by the next day. They used rolling magnets to pick up any potential roofing nails that may have fallen on my beds, yard and driveway as well. Then they used a blower to clean dirt and shingle dust from my entire driveway. This team as well, deserves the highest ratings. We are thrilled with our new roof and the great work by the entire Roof King team. I highly recommend them. PS - Tyler, the sales rep, not only did the inspection and was here with the adjuster, but he also came out on the installation day to make sure I was happy with everything. As a sales person it would be easy to move on to the next customer, but he knows the importance of customer satisfaction"
"My wife got in Contact with Jake; he was very helpful throughout the claims process. He was able to get us a full Roof replacement. Even after we were previously denied by our insurer. Initially we were working with a different contractor, and we were getting nowhere. We started that claim last October of 2021. He was going back and forth with them until mid-July, when my wife decided to get into contact with Jake. Supposedly he stopped by our house at the start of the summer this year. She was really impressed with his knowledge on the roofing and insurance industry. I am very glad that we decided to make the switch over to Jake and Roof King. Immediately after she got in contact with Jake, He promptly came out to inspect our roof. He advised us that there was newer storm damage, and that he was confident that he would be able to get us a full roof replacement. We filed a new claim and he helped us throughout the process, keeping us informed every step of the way. We finally got approved after almost a whole year of fighting our insurance company. A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
